That agency that now has a 20-year legacy, manages over 1,400 properties and employs a team of 28. Warwick believes its success is a result of several elements, critically its dedication to local service. “As a truly independent agency we’re not constrained by franchise obligations. We market and sell our clients’ properties with deep local insight and knowledge.”Warwick has created a nurturing environment where people are supported in their career. He is passionate about on-going professional learning and embracing new technology, such as virtual auction platforms, to ensure the team deliver an efficient and technically proficient service.  “We have sales agents with over forty years’ experience who mentor younger agents through the property cycle. In turn, those younger agents are connected to technological innovations that are changing the way we operate.
