Her academic journey culminated in the successful completion of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology in December 2022. Prior to her Ph.D., Wen excelled in her studies, earning a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Honours) with first-class honors from Monash University Malaysia in January 2016.

During the final stages of her Ph.D., Wen sought out an administrative position at Bnbculture, demonstrating her exceptional drive and dedication. Remarkably, despite her lack of prior industry knowledge, she rapidly absorbed the intricacies of the real estate sector, including its laws, regulations, and inner workings. With her natural aptitude for learning, she quickly became an invaluable resource within the company.
