COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEEDURE

As required we have a formal complaint handling proceedure. 

Any complaints will be registered in the complaint register

Complaints of a financial nature are to be registered in the financial complaint register

Any person making a complaint are to be immediately advised that our complaint handling procedure requires that the complaint must be lodged in writing and include written authority to disclose all details of the complaint to all staff and any other parties necessary to resolve the complaint as required under the Privacy Act.

All complaints be they financial or non-financial are to be bought to the attention of the licensee in charge who is to acknowledge same in the complaint register
