Following in his father’s footsteps, Will Honey saw firsthand how dynamic a career in real estate could be; and is now fast approaching two decades of experience within the industry. From a PA position to sales to a principal and director role, Will’s experience in leadership has affirmed his zeal for innovating how real estate models operate, but with company-level scale.

Will’s passion lies in the development of salespeople through innovation and leadership; highlighting his strategic, high energy and authentic approach to sales. His career to date has seen him create and implement an award-winning business model; anchored in the concept that working as a team will unlock more successes than traditional real estate best practice would dictate.

A keen surfer, family-man, and ex-Blues and Roots band member (go on, ask him for a tune!) Will brings his whole self to The Property Collective; using his position as Director of Sales and Projects to truly shake things up and reshape a more effective, relationship-centric version of the industry he loves.
