- The front courtyard area will be a shared point of access for the residence.


The downstairs area of the house has another bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom, which will not be rented out. These downstairs rooms will remain the owner's and, whilst working in the area, they may spend time and/or stay there during the week if they have contracts or work in the Brisbane area.
