This is a unique and beautifully designed structure that features distinctly in Sydney’s skyline. Working with the Arc by Crown Group, Hutchies brought to life the vision of the structure, and restored and preserved the historic Skittle Lane linking King Street with Kent Street and Clarence Street. This linkage was an important part of the project, as it provides an alternative pedestrian laneway and boutique entry, giving shared access to the building.
