What a prime location! It's so close to so much including shopping centres, three schools, and the stunning parklands of Crestwood Estate. It's very quick access to major arterial roads so getting around is really easy in this location. Not that you'll probably want to leave very often, it's a really nice place, so why would you want to go anywhere else?
