Andrew and his wife Melinda are originally from Orange in the central west of NSW. They now live in Avalon with their two sons Thomas and Hamish, and daughter Saraya, and participate in local community events, whilst enjoying the beach lifestyle.

His outstanding list of credentials features numerous accolades including being awarded the number 1 Salesperson in NSW within the Ray White Group for 2002/2003. He was consistently ranked in the top 10 internationally and was a member of the exclusive 'Alan White Club' - a group of international 'Elite Performers' in his previous position as the Sales Manager of Ray White Avalon.
