Welcome to C&CO Real Estate, an independent agency born from real estate agent Lauri Curtain’s extensive industry experience and expertise – and her unwavering love for Fremantle and its surrounding suburbs!

The greater Fremantle area is our team’s home.  We live here, we work here, our kids go to school here, and our friends and family are here too!

While C&CO Real Estate was founded in 2021, we are anything but a ‘new’ agency. In fact, as a licensed Real Estate Agent for 15 years (and counting), Lauri’s career is illustrious and fruitful, including being awarded Marketer of the Year at the 2020 REIWA Awards for Excellence.

Over the first 12 months, Lauri and her Business Manager Leigh Messer, have grown the C&CO Real Estate team to six; selling in excess of 60 properties, setting up a property management division, and fitting out and moving into our very own C&CO HQ on Paget Street… A far cry from starting the business on Lauri’s dining room table!

As a team, C&CO Real Estate’s Sales Partners are united by their community spirit, and their impressive experience in the real estate industry; and it doesn’t hurt that they have all worked together previously, creating a strong team environment.
