With 18 years experience behind him, Daniel Micmacher is no stranger to the real estate industry. In fact, his reputation as a well known, highly respected and professional Sales Consultant at our St Kilda Property Management Offices, precedes him and having grown up in Caulfield North, only further enhances this solid and established connection to the local area.

Having spent many years with many different roles in the hospitality industry it’s no surprise that Daniel knows exactly how to look after people and is a natural when it comes to connecting with people from all backgrounds. “Real estate and hospitality are very similar, it is all about great customer service and making sure the client is looked after in every way”, says Daniel.

Daniel describes himself as a cool, calm and collected person, highly focussed and with a strong desire to succeed. He doesn’t sweat the small stuff and is a great listener. All of which, he believes, are essential qualities for a successful career in the fast paced, highly competitive real estate industry. Daniel has the ability to deliver a tailored customer service experience to every client and in doing so immediately makes them feel at ease.

Daniel’s unwavering passion for real estate is palpable, he has a great appreciation for looking at architecture and finds great reward in being able to play a part in helping people buy and sell their homes and in doing so achieve their goals.

When Daniel is not hard at work he cherishes his family time with his wife Melanie and their two children Aimee & Benji. He also loves spending time outdoors riding motorbikes and checking out Melbourne’s best restaurants. He’s a Hawks supporter and enjoys going to the footy occasionally.
