Departing the travel industry into real estate over a decade ago was a smooth transition for Aviv Samuel – he was inspired by his brother Leor, a successful agent, Auctioneer & Director. Positive and highly motivated, Aviv quickly established himself as a valued and respected member of the Gary Peer & Associates team.

Industry accomplishments include being a finalist in the REIV awards of excellence for “Outstanding Young Agent of the Year” for 2015 and 2016.

Aviv’s engaging personality and highly tuned interpersonal skills are evident in all his dealings with clients and colleagues. His conscientious approach is underpinned by a strong determination to succeed.

“I am a goal driven person,” says Aviv. “My primary goal is to ensure that the process we follow and the outcomes we achieve provide a positive and satisfying experience for all parties involved". Aviv always gives his full attention to every task he undertakes – whether at the office, meeting with clients, supporting local communities or attending social occasions. Aviv’s friendly nature and infectious enthusiasm have endeared him to clients and colleagues alike.

Away from the office, Aviv takes every opportunity to spend time with his wife Dora and their three girls Sophie, Mika and Adele. Whether it’s cooking at home, a night dining out, watching sport, travelling, fishing or a road trip. “We love being spontaneous! We’re always up for an adventure, wherever that may take us”, says Aviv.
