There are lovely, fully fenced, private gardens with lush lawns at the front and back of the house and around the side there are raised veggie beds for the gardener in the family to provision the chef in the family!
This is the perfect spot to enjoy a staycation while deciding whether you want to move to Noosa - you do, I promise - or perhaps you have sold locally and are looking for somewhere to live while you find your next piece of paradise. (Or the in-laws are visiting for a while and you need somewhere off-site for them to be able to relax...)
3 - 8 month lease negotiable for the right applicant from the 31 October 2026. Garden maintenance is included in the rent, tenants to pay for water, internet and electricity usage. The garage is locked for the owner's storage but there is ample shaded off-street parking for two cars.
