Village facilities include 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, a 7-day reception, convenience store, 3 guest laundries (with washing machines, dryers and clotheslines), full-size tennis court and barbecue areas (fee).

Rental Conditions: A Long Term Rental Application form is required to be completed, (with relevant identification and references) and approved prior to a reservation being made. Please note that all applicants are checked with TICA and rental and other references are contacted, with the relevant consent from the applicant. Rental is $450.00 per week, plus electricity. Electricity is read fortnightly. A minimum 4 month stay applies. 2 weeks' rent is to be paid before commencement of the lease plus a bond equivalent to 3 week's rent. A refundable $100 key and boomgate swipecard deposit is payable on arrival.
