After completing her license in Property Sales in 2017, Iris joined the John Matthew & Sons team as a Property Consultant in early 2018. Before moving to Australia, she completed a Diploma of Social Work, which Iris has found beneficial in developing her skills in relating with new people and keeping communication clear and open.

Starting out in 2018, Iris sold 20 homes in her first year, now she is selling 80+ homes a year! She takes pride and holds integrity when it comes to understanding the needs of others and finding a solution for the sale or purchase of property. Building relationships of a high, professional standard with all her clients, first home buyers, sellers and investors alike, is one of her personal values as she loves to create trustworthy connections.

Her ability to stay up to date and use modern technologies give you the edge when it comes to marketing. She does video walkthroughs which are on her YouTube Channel, and she has engaged a social media manager to advertise all properties on the social channels. She often does video viewings with investors from out of town to ensure your property reaches the broadest of the market.
