After 10 years in banking and finance, including working as an Investment Manager managing billions of dollars in managed funds and investments, Jin took a triumphant leap of faith to pursue his long-standing passion for real estate by joining the Ray White family. Combining his undeniable passion with his financial knowledge and experience as an avid property investor and developer, Jin guides his clients through the process of creating wealth through property.

Jin has an analytical mind, is thorough and detailed, and takes pride in his high level of professionalism, all exceptional qualities that will help his clients achieve the best outcome. Jin knows that his honesty, pursuit for excellence and his very defined set of values helps him build long-lasting relationships as a trusted member of the community.

Jin, who is of Malaysian Chinese heritage, migrated to Australia when he was 14 for a better education and future. A home has always had a special meaning to Jin, as when he was a child, he saw how much his parents sacrificed to provide a secure and stable environment for him and his siblings. From this, Jin has developed a strong appreciation for the financial and intrinsic value of a home.

In his spare time, Jin dedicates himself to his beautiful wife and son as well as various charitable causes that are close to their heart. They volunteer for medical mission trips to help disadvantaged people in the Philippines and financially sponsor the Fred Hollows Foundation as well as numerous children in the Kibera slums in Kenya. He is also a proud and loyal Leeds United fan. Jin speaks English, Malay and Indonesian and is also learning Mandarin.
