Lauren brings a little more of the 21st Century to the team, plus the added advantage of real estate in her genes.

She grew up in Noosa and after two years overseas, saw the region in a completely different light. “I had taken its natural beauty, weather, safety, sense of community and lifestyle for granted,” recalls Lauren, who now shares those facts and more with her clients.

“I love establishing connections and relationships with everyone, refining criteria’s, helping buyers find exactly what they want, and also representing vendors with the highest level of professionalism.

“I treat the sale of any vendor’s home just like my own, ensuring the public coming through also treat the property with the utmost respect. My sellers are number one, and it’s my duty to negotiate the absolute best result for them. Majority of the time I'm lucky enough (and this I love), to establish such a level of trust there’s a sense of relaxed humour between us, after-all there's nothing like a good laugh and making the sale ‘journey’ exciting. I value people’s feelings and situations, and find myself more old fashioned then majority of my generation. I’m definitely not a ‘what's in it for me’ type, but more of a ‘what goes around comes around’ person, who will assist people no matter what”.

“Receiving a referral to help anyone with their property is an honour, and both methods of sale I’m happy to do. Whilst Private Treaty works well for some properties and certain sellers situations, there’s nothing quite like the adrenalin rush throughout an Auction process. Experiencing the urgency amongst buyers, the marketing campaigns, working towards the ‘sale date’ with my sellers and the applause as the gavel falls on auction day, are the reasons we work in this industry.

Lauren has represented the Sunshine Coast and Queensland numerous times at national and international levels in Touch Football, Rugby 7s and Touch Rugby League, with team work, reliability, persistence, commitment, respect, hard work and constant training, second nature to her.

She’s an excellent judge of character, is very approachable and quick witted, loves the beach, and thinks Dr Do-little is her kindred spirit. She’d happily have the entire RSPCA in her care, but only has room for three dogs, a cat, parrot and fish -at this stage!
