With two and a half years’ experience in the real estate industry and an Agents Representative Certificate, Leo joins the team as a Sales Consultant at our Bentleigh office. Before venturing into real estate, Leo served as a Migration Business Sales Manager.

Leo describes himself as an energetic, resilient and extremely grateful person who doesn't give up on his goals no matter what. He approaches life with gratitude, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth. “I have this strong belief that life's not happening to me, it's happening for me” says Leo as he navigates his career, family and friendships with positivity and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional development. In his role Leo brings energetic vibes that resonate with clients, believing that people can feel his enthusiasm when they interact with him. Leo differentiates himself in the industry by being fluent in Mandarin and English, enabling him to expand his reach and create a more personalised and inclusive experience for his clients.
