Matt Davis has a 14 year background in building design and development within the local area and brings a wealth of knowledge to assist you in the sale or purchase of your property. Matt completed his Bachelors degree in Architecture from Newcastle University and has been designing and developing throughout our region since 2006. Matt attended St Mary’s College in Gunnedah and has lived in Gunnedah for the past 25 years.His extensive experience in the property industry spans across all sectors, specialising in residential development.Throughout his time in Gunnedah he has developed a widespread contact base incorporating the business community, local authorities, property developers, builders and tradespeople.He is actively involved in the community with multiple businesses operating in the shire. Matt has been heavily involved with Junior Football (Soccer) and manages a Junior Coaching academy in addition to volunteering for Gunnedah Soccer Club he is also a past President of the Rotary Club of Gunnedah 2380 and actively supports local Schools and Community groups. In addition to Matt’s role in Sales with Ewing Real Estate, he is the husband of Lisa (born and bred local) and father of four children who all attend school locally.
