Matt is a highly motivated, organised and experienced property agent with an infectious positive energy and a keen focus on client satisfaction.

As a fifth-generation Richardson family member he is ideally suited to his role as the Real Estate Sales and Administration Manager, working within the sales team and alongside Will Richardson (Managing Director).

Prior to embarking on his career in real estate over 8 years ago, Matt majored in Commercial Law and Marketing at Deakin University where he achieved a Bachelors of Commerce with Distinction.

Now, as part of the Richardson Real Estate team, he is motivated to drive continued business growth by ensuring a smooth and successful sales process for his clients.

Away from his busy work schedule, Matt enjoys spending his leisure time surfing, swimming, playing golf and watching the footy.
