Both buyers and vendors appreciate Mia’s excellent memory, which enables her to remember people, property prices and features. “Having a good memory helps me remember what buyers are looking for and I can then match them to potential off-market homes we have,” Mia says.

Growing up in the bayside area and now living in Cheltenham, the local resident can also boast strong market knowledge.

Mia finds her greatest satisfaction and happiness in helping buyers find their dream home and watching vendors move on to their next life step after a great sale.

Busy Saturday auction days leave her undaunted as the highly eventful moments allow her to meet and assist more clients. “There is no better feeling than seeing the smile on their faces, all the way from when their home is listed to when their home has settled,” she says.

“It brings me happiness to see theirs.”

In her spare time, Mia loves walking on the beach or around the local neighbourhood with her dog, Macy. She also loves smashed avo brunches and a good coffee with her partner, friends and family and is a keen Western Bulldogs supporter.
