2. PRINT and complete your application and attach the following:
- 100 points of ID
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income
– to include gross annual income (before tax) for the 12 months prior to the date of application.
- A copy of your NRAS registration letter
- 3 Months Bank Statements for all accounts that you hold
