**Please note the property is proclaimed a sanctuary under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972. There are conditions applying to sanctuaries that include but are not limited to (1) all native animals and plants are protected, (2) the public have no rights to enter except with permission of the land holder, and (3) only areas of definite value to wildlife can be declared sanctuaries. So being a sanctuary it is meaningful.
