As we sit within the existing PS 432494L which has an Owners Corporation, we need consent from Lot 2. The current PS 432494L has an unlimited Owners Corporation to manage the common property that was placed for power supply for Lot 2. We need an unlimited owners corporation for the proposed development. Lot 1 require the common property to be extended to the street for their development and Lot 2 require this as well for proposed fire services.
