- Create your free account: Sign up on RealSearch.com.au using your email or social login.
- Post your property: Add key details: property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, price guide, features and photos/videos.
- Publish & share: Your listing goes live on RealSearch. Share the link with your networks.
- Earn reward points: For every new, unique listing and certain actions, you'll earn reward points to use for benefits.
Rewards Program - How Points Work
To thank you for helping grow the RealSearch community, we offer reward points for key actions. Points are awarded to the primary RealSearch account holder and may require verification.
- +100 points for every new, unique property for sale listing
- +25 points for every new, unique rental listing
- +10,000 points when you successfully sell your property through a RealSearch-connected agent or campaign
- +2,500 points when you successfully rent your property through a RealSearch-connected agent or campaign
- +250 points for completing a property appraisal request via RealSearch (with a verified agent)
Note: Reward points do not have cash value. They can be used for non-cash benefits such as boosted visibility, tools, reports or partner offers and may change over time.

Basic Terms & Conditions - Free Listings & Rewards

Unique listings only:
- Each listing must be for a real, available property for sale or rent.
- The property must not already be listed on RealSearch under another account.
- Duplicate or repeated listings for the same address may be removed and no reward points will be issued for duplicates.

Accurate and honest information:
- You must provide true, accurate and current details (property type, features, price guide, availability, photos, etc.).
- RealSearch may edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive or not suitable for our audience.

Eligibility for reward points:
Reward points are subject to verification by RealSearch (examples of common values above).

No cash value:
Reward points do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. They will be redeemable only for benefits defined by RealSearch.

Program changes and availability:
RealSearch may change, pause or end the program at any time. Point values and rules may be updated without prior notice.

Fair use and misuse:
Creating fake accounts, duplicate listings or otherwise abusing the system may lead to removal of points, suspension or closure of accounts, and removal of listings.

All listings must comply with Australian law and RealSearch's Terms of Use, Listing Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is a "unique listing"?
A unique listing is a property that has not been previously listed on RealSearch in the recent period under any other account and is a real, currently available property for sale or rent (not a test or demo listing).
2. How many reward points can I earn?
You can currently earn: 100 points per unique for-sale listing; 25 per unique rental listing; 10,000 points for verified sales via RealSearch-connected agents; 2,500 for verified rentals; 250 for appraisal requests. All subject to verification.
3. How do you verify that my property was sold or rented through RealSearch?
Verification may use agent confirmation, a link to the sold/leased listing, or internal tracking data showing enquiries through RealSearch. If RealSearch cannot reasonably confirm involvement, bonus points may not be issued.
4. Can my agent and I both earn points for the same property?
No. Only one account can receive reward points for each unique property action. RealSearch will determine eligibility where there is a conflict.
5. Do reward points expire?
Points may expire if there is no activity on your account for a certain period or if the Rewards Program changes. Expiry rules will be published in the Rewards Terms & Conditions.
6. What can I use my points for?
Points can be used for non-cash benefits such as boosted listing placement, access to tools/reports, or partner offers. Exact redemption options will be announced as the program expands.
7. Can RealSearch remove my listing or adjust my points?
Yes. RealSearch may edit or remove listings that breach guidelines and may reverse or adjust reward points in cases of error, fraud, misuse or duplicate activity.
