How to tell us

How do I report a mistake?

Use the link on the page, or contact us.

  • On a listing or property page, use the 'Report data errors' link near the bottom.
  • Or contact us, and tell us the address of the page and what is wrong.
  • Say what you think is right, and how you know.

If it is your property

I own the property. Can I change the page?

Owners can claim a property page and tell us about it.

  • Use 'I own this property' or 'Update info' on the property page.
  • We may ask you to show that you own it.

If you are an agent or an agency

Can I fix my listing?

A listing is supplied by the agency. The agency can correct it at the source.

  • Correct the listing in your own system, and it will update on RealSearch.
  • If it does not update, contact us.

What happens next

What do you do with my report?

We check it against the source and fix it if it is wrong.

  • We look at the page and at the source of the information.
  • If it is wrong, we fix or remove it. If we cannot tell, we may mark it as unknown.
  • We may not be able to reply to every report.
