Look at homes for sale, for rent and sold, by state and suburb.
Read a profile of a suburb, with its price guide, market trends and what it is like to live there.
Research the details we hold about an address, including homes that are not for sale.
Find an agent or an agency in a suburb.

Where do I begin?

You can start from the map on the home page, from a state, or from an address.

The home page is a map. Search for a suburb or an address, and explore it in 3D.
The menu at the top groups what you can do: Buy, Rent, Sell, Invest, Suburbs, Research and Find Agents.
Use the address search on the property value page to go straight to the page for an address.

How do listings work?

Listings come from real estate agencies. When you send an enquiry about a listing, it goes to the agency named on that listing.

Each listing shows the agency and the agents who look after it.
Details, prices and inspection times are set by the agency and can change. Check with the agency.
You can save a property to follow it.

What is the property research page?

Every address on the national address file has a page. For a home that is not for sale, the page shows what we know and what we do not.

Where we do not know something, the page says so. It does not guess.
A value estimate is an automated estimate, not a valuation and not a price the owner has set.
An off the market page does not mean the owner wants to sell.

What else is there?

There are calculators for costs and returns, and an assistant you can ask questions.

The calculators run in your browser. They do not send or keep the numbers you type.
The assistant answers questions about suburbs and properties. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.
