Purnell Citywide Real Estate was established in Kingston in 1987 by Genette and Kevin Purnell.

Since then Purnell Citywide has grown strongly to become a highly respected agency specialising in the sale and management of established residential property in all areas of Canberra.

Purnell Citywide is prominently located on street level in busy Giles Street Kingston and by virtue of that location experiences a high volume of enquiry.

In addition, the office receives a very high level of personal referral stemming from the fact that both Genette and Kevin have been involved in the real estate industry in Canberra for over 35 years.

Both Genette and Kevin are “Old Canberrans” having attended Griffith Primary School and Narrabundah High School.

Genette and Kevin live in Griffith and because of their extensive local knowledge, know the Canberra market and prices very well.

The business is now looked after by two of Genette and Kevin's children, Brie and Nick. Brie is the head of property management and Nick the head of sales.

Together Brie and Nick are evolving the family business into one of the most highly regarded boutique real estate agencies within the Canberra region.
