Hello.. I'm Raj Mangat

Raj Mangat has the natural drive to be the best he can be. As Principal of Laing+Simmons Rouse Hill | Box Hill, that means creating an environment where everyone else is empowered to their best selves too, in pursuit of one shared goal: to get the very best outcome for the customer.

Putting the customer at the heart of everything has been the underlying principle which has shaped Raj’s whole career. From the two decades he spent in large corporations managing multi-million dollar contracts, to servicing Government clients and now leading the Hills District’s local real estate specialists, Raj is never swayed from putting the customer’s interests first.

The results speak for themselves. He’s negotiated some of the area’s highest profile transactions, he’s developed and led high-performance teams, he’s helped shape the career paths of those he has mentored and above all, he’s built strong relationships with a lengthy list of loyal customers that rely on him as a partner in their property journey.

And he’s also a family man. Raj loves spending time with his two daughters, whether it be traveling to new places, coaching the soccer team, or enjoying all the fruits of the Hills District he and his family call home.
