Established in 1982 by Jan Renouf after an award winning career as a real estate sales representative.

The fledgling company capitalised on the reputation and skill of Jan Renouf with a focus on providing exceptional client service.

Seizing an opportunity to purchase a row of shops in a tightly held commercial precinct the company moved the business to Railway Street Cottesloe in 1986 a site that offered the opportunity to take advantage of burgeoning real estate sales in this rapidly developing suburb.

Joined by her son Jayson Renouf in 1991 on graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business the two combined skills, experience and enthusiasm to form a dynamic and determined team that has been complemented by the addition of further sales and property management personnel.

Years of dedication and hard work has resulted in Jayson being recognised as the dominant agent in the suburb of Swanbourne and as a leading agent in the Cottesloe and wider Western Suburbs area.

Jayson was awarded a Grand Master sales award by REIWA in recognition of the dollar value of sales in both the 2013/2014 and 2012/2013 periods.
