With over 30 years’ of Business Management, Sales and Marketing experience, the majority of which have been in the housing or Real Estate industries, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone, not only more experienced in marketing and negotiations, but also more dedicated to their clients.
In property management we also work very hard for our clients. We believe in a proactive form of management instead of a reactive one. We're not here to just put out fires, we are here to get the best possible return on your investment.
Azure Realty is run solely with our clients in mind. You are not, nor will you ever be, a number or statistic and over the years we have formed very close bonds and friendships with our clients, long after selling their properties.
We do things differently, at Azure Realty. We genuinely care about our clients and want to use our experience to help them wherever we can. We are not about just taking a listing for the sake of numbers, we will sit down with you, work out what your best options are and together put a plan in place to maximise the potential of the property - simply because we want the best for you. To us this is not about churning through listings just to fill our bank account, this is about helping people to get the best result they could possibly get.
We have everything other agencies have, but we also have something very rare - we honestly care. I know I keep mentioning it, but its what sets us apart from other agencies and keeps me in the industry. I simply could not do Real Estate any other way.
We don’t boast about being the biggest, nor do we want to be. We still have all the benefits of a large franchises, including a well maintained database of clients and prospective buyers or tenants, the latest gadgets, apps, and online presence, but when you deal with Azure Realty you get personalized service, with the owner and the principal of the agency. That has a lot to do with why the absolute vast majority of our clients are referred to us by either clients, business professionals or people who have come to realise how different we are to most agencies. We actually pride ourselves in the fact that most of our work is by referral.
