Bower township is only 10 minutes away, including access to fresh water, newly built public flushing toilets, and grey and black water disposal facility. We recommend inspection be made in a 4wd or high clearance car. The bright yellow direction and boundary signs make navigation easy. But this is a big block and with the combination of undulating, wooded and scrubby terrain, it can be disorientating until you're familiar, so please take a copy of the map/photos with you (and leave the gates as you find them).
This block is priced to sell! At the time of listing it is the cheapest 150-300 ha block in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. And that includes a lot of smaller blocks, or properties that tend to be predominantly a combination of either sand and/or scrub, have heritage or covenant restrictions, and/or be further away/remote.
