Adjacent is a shared laundry with bench, washing machine and dryer. Outside is a large off-street carport (8mX4m). Also outside is an open-air deck with outdoor table and 6 chairs for shared use. A shared portable Weber Barbeque and a portable table with 2 chairs can be used in carport or on the deck. All shared items require prior arrangement. No power charges apply for use of laundry, carport and deck. A separate letter box can be provided by request.

The location is in a quiet and safe area in Rangeville and close to Picnic Point (800m), High St
Mall (500m) Rangeville Mall (900m), Rangeville Primary School (200m) and Lake Annand
(1100m).
