Director of Virtue Property Grafton, Kylie Swift, has had her fair share of real estate experience. Starting her career as a PA to the Principal and later buying into her own Franchise company; her awareness of the trade is comprehensive to say the least.

From a Selling Principal to General Manager, Sales Trainer and even working with dozens of agents throughout Australia and New Zealand during lockdown as a real estate coach, her love of realising her clients’ financial goals has never wavered.

Virtue Property is an independent agency headed by Director and Licensee in Charge Kylie Swift. We keep our structure clean and uncomplicated by outsourcing many of our backend processes such as accounts, settlements, compliance, and technology. We are 100% sales orientated and are fully licensed for both residential and rural sales. 

Experience has shown us that very important information can be lost with too many hands at the front-end of your sale.

We would prefer to keep our service standard high, by keeping all information pertaining to your sale, with the one experienced professional. This means we won’t be the agency that sells the most – we do however believe we are the agency that sells for more!
