It all began when Guyon Wilson partnered with Roger Bodey early in 1972, forming Bodey Wilson.

In 1977, Bill McKewan joined the team to form Bodey Wilson & McKewan, whereupon they purchased and refurbished their 77 Gheringhap St office—their home for the next 30 years.

The firm, together with a large team of valuers, completed varied and unique sales throughout this time, always with a strong presence in residential and commercial property.
