Over the years, this has been one of my favorite properties to visit. It sits in a quality area of Ormeau, tucked away in a quiet street across the road from bushland and a gorgeous park. It’s just so quiet and serene…… So peaceful.

In addition to all of that, we’ve just had the carpet layers through the property, so the new tenants will have the softest solution dyed nylon carpet – not the normal cheap carpet in most rental places. You’ll be able to get out of bed during winter onto this soft carpet – luxurious!

This is the first time this property has been available for nearly 10 years. It is such a quality property that the previous tenants just did not want to move out.
