My Real Estate career began in March 2000 after many years in the Construction Industry. Since then, my passion and drive to deliver great results for my clients has intensified. 

The knowledge and experience gained since I started helps me deliver very effective selling strategies for any given situation. 

The industry requires tailored marketing plans for different property types and for you, because you are an individual.  It is not about “one size fits all”. 

I am motivated, hard-working and pay great attention to detail. These traits can only be beneficial to my clients. I am energised and there is adrenalin in the air when I put a home on the market.

I am meticulous whilst negotiating and ensure that all legally binding contractual paperwork is faultless.  My clients can rely on me for peace of mind. 

WELSH Real Estate has effectively embraced new technologies and we electronically manage over 35,000 potential buyers.  When our new listings appear live, these buyers are drawn upon.  Our popular e-NEWS is emailed to an even larger database every week. 

I take pride in communicating effectively, being punctual and exceeding promises where possible.  I am supported by an excellent administration team who make customer service their primary goal.  However, I never delegate tasks that could be compromised. 

• Outside of real estate I love watching sport, going to the gym and short holidays to Bali.
