Over the last 10 years Michael has worked across numerous private and corporate Agribusinesses, honing skills in management, operations, logistics, supply chain, sales and business development. Starting off as a Jackaroo and contract musterer in the NT and WA and working in live export management his experience spans Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

Working in rural property sales and as a contract auctioneer for a large Sydney auction house cemented his passion for all things land management. Helping to grow the sales function at AuctionsPlus and most recently working in supply chain at Paraway Pastoral Co which runs 220,000 cattle and 250,000 sheep sees Michael bring a deep network of livestock connections and knowledge to McCulloch Agencies.

Born and bred in Glen Innes up in the cold country and completing his schooling in Armidale Mick has strong ties through the New England. Coming from a family of agents and a private family stock and station agency he has all but come full circle. Mick is now based in Tamworth in his role as Corporate Agency, looking to develop relationships with large family businesses and pastoral houses across the country managing livestock and rural property transactions.
