A Torquay local since 1999 and more than 10 years working in the customer service industry, there is nowhere else Lucy can picture herself working. A Licensed Estate Agent, Lucy is a personable and dedicated individual who is exceedingly passionate about providing exceptional service for all internal and external stakeholders.
Lucy’s hyper-focus on team progression and success led her to envision a promising sales career, harnessing her marketing degree, local expertise, and extensive network. With over three years of prior experience in real estate, specialising in marketing and sales administration, she boasts a thorough understanding of accurate and effective processes, driven by her steadfast commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction. Her marketing background equips her with the proficiency to effectively promote properties, ensuring they garner maximum exposure and visibility. Having spent a handful of years working with patients in the private health industry – Lucy aims to use her empathic nature and willingness to support others as the number one driver of her sales career.
McCartney Real Estate’s strong commitment to community engagement and outreach greatly appealed to Lucy. She has dedicated time to various organisations such as the Black Dog Institute, Adopt a Surfcoaster, and the Good Friday Appeal over the last year and plans to nurture these connections further while also contributing to other local causes whenever possible.
