Jason has long-standing career in the property sector, gaining decades of experience working for property developers in project marketing before shifting his focus to residential sales.

The couple joined forces four years ago to create Team Cunningham, with their focus being on residential sales in Broadbeach Waters and Mermaid Waters.

Together they are a formidable team, who pride themselves on delivering a personable and results-driven service to both vendors and buyers in the prestige property sector.

Growing up in Tasmania, Nicky moved to the Coast as a teenager with her family. Her keen interest in real estate stems from her father, who in 1997 brought the Harcourts real estate brand to Australia from New Zealand, opening an inaugural office in Surfers Paradise.

Nicky attended Somerset College and studied at Bond University where she graduated with a degree in marketing. A period of overseas travel after university included a stint as a publicity officer for the BBC in London. Nicky returned about a year later to work alongside her father and has remained in real estate since.

Jason grew up in nearby Benowa Waters and has resided in the 4218 postcode all his adult life, giving him an acute affinity to the area.

Over the years Jason has acquired an unrivalled, street-level knowledge of the local market, allowing him to provide clients with expert, informed advice when it comes to selling their most valuable assets.

As president of the Broadbeach Cats Junior Australian Rules Football Club and a member of a local BNI networking organisation, Jason is well connected within the Gold Coast community.

Jason and Nicky spend their downtime with their four teenage children, with Jason also squeezing in time for a game of golf, fishing, or refereeing a game of touch football when he can.
