About Roy Gregory - Real Estate Agent
Born and raised in Malvern East, Roy Gregory brings a lifetime of local insight and a fresh, energetic approach to real estate in Melbourne’s South-East. Having spent nearly two decades immersed in the community, Roy knows what makes this area tick, from Oakleigh’s vibrant food culture to its tight-knit, family-friendly atmosphere.
With a background in high-performance sports as a senior player for the Oakleigh Cannons, Roy brings a level of discipline, persistence, and teamwork that translates naturally into his real estate career. Whether he’s walking first-home buyers through their dream property or following up with late-night calls to keep a deal on track, Roy is all-in every step of the way.
Confident, approachable, and relentlessly driven, Roy prides himself on doing the work others might avoid, including early mornings, constant learning, and building trust through honest and responsive communication. He’s not here for quick wins. He’s here to earn lasting relationships and build a reputation based on results, repeat business, and real value for his clients.
Away from the office, you’ll likely find Roy on the soccer field playing, coaching, or catching up with mates over a poker night. He speaks a little Greek and is passionate about giving back to the school that shaped him, Melbourne Grammar.
For Roy, real estate is more than a job. It’s a calling and a way to help people navigate one of life’s most significant decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.
