He also has a strong personal connection to Dean and Elise, being Dean’s dad, and is both delighted and inspired by their close working relationship.
Originally from Ararat, Russell started his career with Australia Post before transitioning to real estate, where he has had many highly successful decades working in Melton, Victoria. Striving always for outcomes that are a win for both vendors and purchasers, he credits his success to honesty, integrity and good communication.
When questioned on the best piece of advice he’s ever received, Russell responds with: “The grass is not greener on the other side – it’s greener where you water it”, demonstrating the value he places on cultivating and nurturing his own life, relationships and goals, and finding fulfilment in his own achievements.
Away from the office, Russel enjoys football (Collingwood), cricket, horse racing and spending time with his family and dog, Tilly. A bucket-list wish is to keep on keeping on!
