About Todd Leggatt - Real Estate Agent
Todd’s real estate journey began in 2011 with King & Heath Paynesville, where he started as a sales support and home finder. It was here, in his hometown, that he built the strong foundations of his career learning the value of a client-first approach and developing a deep connection to the local market that would eventually draw him back.
His ambition then took him to Melbourne, where he joined the highly regarded Oliver Hume Real Estate Group in Southbank. Immersed in the fast-paced metropolitan market, Todd honed his skills in new developments, working alongside some of the industry’s most respected leaders. His drive and expertise saw him progress into corporate management, overseeing numerous Greenfield projects across Melbourne’s growth corridors.
In 2024, Todd and his wife returned to East Gippsland with their young daughter, embracing the region’s strong sense of community and lifestyle. Nearly 12 months on, Todd has firmly re-established himself in the local market, combining his extensive industry experience with his local insight to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Known for his approachable manner, attention to detail and unwavering commitment to his clients, Todd goes the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for every sale.
