Happily married to his wife Melanie, Chee-ky is an animal enthusiast and with his pets Harvey (Bernese mountain dog), Charlie (a Brussels griffon) and Ollie (a gorgeous Persian cat) there is always an interesting story to share from the Dunlop house hold.

Upon completion of his education at Wesley College, Chee-ky discovered a passion in real estate at the tender age of 18 years age. Starting as a cadet in 2003, he learnt the ropes and built on his reputation of being upfront with clients and having their best interests at heart. Chee-ky has become one of the Top 10’s consistent performers in the Barry Plant Network that consists of over 80 offices and over 800 sales consultants.

Chee-ky is always on the lookout for the 1%’s that will help grow the business. His progress from Branch Manager to now the Director of our Keysborough office is due to his achievements and dedication to ensure buyers and sellers receive the highest level of service at all times.

Upon meeting Chee-ky, you will find his approach humble in nature but with an absolute hunger to succeed and do what’s right for his clients. His philosophy is to listen first to understand what’s important to you and learn from your past experiences, which will then enable him to lead you to a successful result based on what’s important to you.

In the little spare time that he has left, you can find him spending time in the garden with his fur babies and his wife, at the gym, going for a run, doing laps in the pool/ocean, working on his car, spending time with family and friends, and if there’s any time left, enjoying the art of bonsai crafting.
