First Home Loan Deposit Scheme (FHLDS) NSW 2765

3 October 2020: The Australian Government announced that an additional 10,000 First Home Loan Deposit Scheme places will be provided from 6 October 2020. This is to support the purchase of a new home or a newly built home. This includes Marsden Park, NSW 2765.

The Scheme however is only available for the purchase of a modest home, or the purchase of land and construction of a modest home, maximum purchase prices (property price cap) are applicable in capital cities, large regional centres and regional areas.

The property price cap for Marsden Park NSW 2765 is $700,000
