A rare undertaking by the developer who has trusted Luigi Rosselli’s skills and reputation, giving him full creative licence to do what he does best: sketch whatever he desires on his famous translucent yellow paper. Hillside’s two palatial six-bedroom houses, Terreno (Earth) and Mare (Sea), feature unique floorplans that prioritise open indoor-outdoor layouts to welcome an expanse of natural light and horizon-deep sightlines, stretching to the Harbour Bridge. The two semi-attached residences, Cielo (Sky) and Luce (Light), each boast four spacious bedrooms overlooking landscaped gardens and a full width terrace that celebrate the postcard harbour views.
Inspired by his childhood memories of holidays in Italy, Rosselli has designed these enduring modern residences on a foundation of strength and beauty. His signature architectural features, craftsmanship, and quality are imbued throughout. Rammed earth columns, handmade terracotta brise soleil, forged steel spiral staircases and a copper-clad roof, are built to age with grace. Bougainvillea-covered pergolas and sub-tropical gardens are carefully crafted by Dangar Barin Smith to offer shade and privacy.
Handelsmann + Khaw’s long-standing partnership with Luigi Rosselli Architects ensures a beautifully seamless experience at every turn.
