Mollison Towers, West End

The 111 Boundary Street site sits at the heart of Sekisui House’s West Village master-planned urban renewal project in West End, Brisbane. Once an industrial site, the 2.6-hectare plot is being transformed into a vibrant, sustainable mixed-use precinct combining residential, retail, and community uses. At its core, the development retains and repurposes the heritage-listed Peters Ice Cream Factory buildings, integrating them seamlessly into green public realms and laneways, including a large “Boundary Street Common” and a 1,400 sqm “The Common” park.

A key component of the precinct is Mollison Towers, a proposed 15-storey high-rise at 111 Boundary Street with around 74 apartments and 178 car bays. The design emphasizes sustainability, community, and connectivity — with up to 1,250 homes in the wider master plan, retail spaces, childcare, and co-working zones. Residents will benefit from lush green laneways, large public open spaces, restored heritage architecture, and modern communal amenities.
