Rents in Sydney holding steady in the middle and outer regions

The recent Domain Rent Report says that Sydney unit rents are at their cheapest in six years, but houses are becoming more expensive.

However, rents were holding steady in the middle and outer regions, giving tenants less room to negotiate on prices. House rents are on the rise says the report,, having increasing by $10 a week to a median of $540, this is good news for those renting homes in Marsden Park and surrounding areas
