An excellent opportunity to secure a substantial grazing lease with the potential to grow out heifers.

Spanning approximately 2,590 acres (1,050 hectares), this forestry grazing lease offers a practical opportunity for cattle producers looking to expand their operation or secure additional grazing country. The lease is due to expire in 2043 and operates on a rolling lease arrangement.

The property is originally divided into four main paddocks along with a holding paddock surrounding the main dam and a small set of timber stock yards.

Water is supplied by one large central dam, with all paddocks leading to this main water source. The property is grassed with kangaroo grass, green panic and natural grasses, offering grazing resources well suited to a cattle operation.

Well-maintained tracks have been pushed throughout the property, providing easy access across the lease and assisting with day-to-day property management.

This lease presents a great opportunity for cattle producers seeking additional grazing country in a practical and accessible location. With natural grazing resources, it is well worth considering for those looking to build on their existing operation or develop a heifer growing-out program.
