Thriving throughout the 90s as Elders Real Estate and joining the Barry Plant Franchise in 1998 the Barry Plant Greater Dandenong Group of offices has transitioned from a small agency to market leaders in the area.His high energy, pursuit of excellence and undeniable determination have won him strong recognition from his peers winning many state franchise awards in the categories of highest income producer, most sales, most listings and auctioneering.Tim completed his Bachelor of Education majoring in English & Physical Education before commencing his career in the Real Estate Industry.Entering the family business with his father Peter, he commenced as a cadet. Before long he became heavily involved in both sales and property management divisions.In 1992, Tim completed the Real Estate Licensing course obtaining his full license as well as being registered as a Licensed Auctioneer.In 1993 Tim accepted management responsibilities, steering the development of the business along with Peter and in 2000 took over control as Managing Director upon Peter’s retirement.Undoubtedly Tim has established himself as one of the most recognized and well known real estate people in the district, with over 2 decades of valuable experience overseeing in excess of a massive 6000 property transactions.Tim is a positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a commitment to excellence. He is a strong negotiator and not unaccustomed to hard work.He has a strong local knowledge from his involvement in the community over many years.With a passion for all sports he is a fierce competitor and determined to achieve.
