The location is really good and only a short walk down to the Rockingham beaches. It is only a short drive to the Rockingham shops and lots of great restaurants. There is seven units at this property and the driveway is all Common property. Unit three is at the rear of the property and has a good size Carport with an auto roller door. There is a nice garden and lawn area at the front of the unit and there is a tiled entry at the front door. Then on the left there is a nice size lounge room that has carpet flooring and the window treatments are vertical blinds and Drapes.
